Connecticut Behavioral Health is an overall 100% great place for mental health treatment I would recommend it to almost anybody nothing bad to say about it the best doctors for mental health psych etc etc definitely would recommend this to anybody!!!

Never managed to get through to the front desk after a month of attempting to call. Besides the first time someone answered and I was put on hold for 45 minutes and ended up having to end the call because I ran out of time. Dropped off paperwork in person only to get a call a week after saying they would call me in 2 months for a telehealth appointment. Mental health is obviously not taken seriously here.

I was very dissatisfied by my treatment here. Stay away. I could never get a hold of my provider because she didn't have a voicemail box. I would report side effects to her and she would Gaslight me. It took telling her that I was falling asleep while driving to get her to change my meds.
