Can i deposit a check for my partner? Ant restriction to get on base to the bank. He has to work and doesnt have a license currently so he needs me too....the stimulus check specifically?

There is a Navy Federal off base next to the dolphin mart a couple miles away. If they signed the check you can deposit it for them in the navy federal ATM.
