Wow.......simply wow! Please know this place does not have air conditioning. Nope.....a swamp cooler is not air conditioning. We moved in July 2021. Rent $1165.oo . Just received new lease terms $1390.00. I know this is happening all over. Dang......though. That's kinda crazy. I know....I know.......this is the market and we did comparable market research. Do they have air conditioning? We do not. Do they live in a desirable area? We do not. Do they have newer buildings? We do not. Wow. greedy landlords........come on. Need more trash pickups, Need painting, need wood replacement for EVERY patio. I know now my rent will be 2k or more. Good luck. And no......a comment from your staff saying they will get in touch with me on my concerns is not acceptable. How about you meet and talk with us? Let us know who you are rather than hiding behind your front off staff. Please let us know why nearly 20% rent increases is acceptable. Please justify. Again cant wait to see !how you try to stuff it to us again. Hope you collapse. greed.

My girlfriend and I moved in about a month ago. We went on several tours and countless hours of looking at apartments. When we toured vista del sol we knew it was the place for us. Everything here has been incredible so far. Maintenence requests completed in a swift fashion. Savannah helped us a ton in finding what would work best for us, and was extremely welcoming. I would absolutely recommend

So sorry I moved here. Just received a "pink slip" to remove "holiday" lighting which all should know was one strand of white lights. I did. Others also received the "pink slip" some for furniture some for lights. ok with this but certainly could have been communicated better in my opinion. I think the focus should be car break ins, trash overflowing. the residents are fine with lights...... some have given a middle finger by simply not complying with silly pink slip. I however removed my 1 white light. however know I will be speaking with our community on this nonsense. I have time and resources......perhaps not enough but could cause a headache. not my intention. I simply want to be left alone....and want the owners to focus on what matters. thats all

I just moved to Vista Del Sol and have had a great experience. The complex is nice and quiet and I enjoy the area of town. Savannah in the leasing office has been very helpful as I moved in and with quick answers to my many questions. The maintence staff is also very responsive.
