My mother has lived here for over 20 years and this place is horrible. Her swamp cooler hasn't worked the whole time she's lived here and when she call the office to come fix it they come by do nothing and leave it the same way it was before. They are rude and dont care what is going on in your life. My mother was in intensive care for a week because she has cancer and they still charged her a late fee for her rent. Theres always some problem thats going over here. Do not rent from here if your smart.

The staff at Northpointe apartments are absolutely wonderful! Every time I have a request or problem it gets worked out quickly, and the property manager Reina always follows up which I really appreciate. The staff is always polite and friendly!

I have lived at Northpointe for a few months, and I have been so happy with my experience. From the leasing process with Celeste all the way to my daily interactions with Reina have been wonderful. Reina has helped me with small issues that I’ve had, and gone above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. Highly recommend this apartment complex based on the staff alone! Additionally, it’s always nice to see the staff hard at work- recently the front office staff (not maintenance or groundskeepers) but the front office staff themselves planted flowers and it really made the property feel homey.

I applied online, was sent a letter stating I had passed a criminal background check and was accepted for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom at $1175/month on 3/17/22. I was guided in setting up my online tenant portal to pay the fees and I was emailed documentation to sign going over the prorated rent, the apartment number, parking spot and other details. I submitted the payment electronically through the portal and confirmed my 4/13/22 move in date with Harley. On 3/29/22 I called to ask about flooring and was transferred to Reina who told me that my acceptance was a mistake. I then looked online and I saw the apartment I applied for 2 weeks earlier was now over $400/month more. I spoke with the regional manager who got an override but now suddenly my deposit was to be several hundred dollars more than the deposit I signed paperwork on. I declined the apartment, although the entire thing was unlawful. I was told they were not able to wire transfer me my funds back, a check would need to be mailed. On 4/19/22 I was told the check had already been mailed to me. I was then told another check had been mailed to me on 5/10/22 and on 5/6/22 (conflicting dates). I have never received a check and it is currently 5/25/22. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau now as this is unacceptable and, I feel, completely greed motivated.
