Our first night was nice & quiet. It's been years since I've lived in an apartment building but Briarwood caters to adult residents. Studio apartments with ample parking and an on-site laundry room. A short drive off San Mateo Blvd with everything you need close by. I think I'm going to like it here.

Furnished studio apartments with utilities included - super easy place to live. Somewhat dated but relatively clean and comfortable, and centrally located with many restaurants and shops nearby.

It says no on the website but I have met a tenant with a small/medium dog.
Good Morning. You may speak to the property manager, Sherry. She is on property Monday thru Friday from 9:45am to 12:45pm. The Studios are furnished (unfurnished is available as well) and include utilities, basic cable and wifi.
