Reported leak in walls and management said it wasn't an emergency. Later that night my whole apartment was flooded in every room. Had to plead with management to get new apartment to house me and my infant daughter. It was like pulling teeth getting anywhere with these inconsiderate/incompetent people. After about 2 weeks they finally got me a new apartment which was roach infested and many of the appliances were broken. Had many items damaged due to water and they refuse to compensate me for any of items lost. Insurance won't pay because it was negligence on behalf of the complex. Please do yourself and your family a favor and never give these people your time of day.
