The absolutely worst customer care at this office the girls at the front desk all have a severe attitude issue. They use their power against the patient and boss them around, but they still have good doctors. She was probably having a bad day, mistakes happen I guess this is what you gotta go through to get a quality Dr.

Filled out a medication request through my chart 3 days ago. Never received confirmation from my pharmacy that the request was submitted. So I called the office and they told me they won't fulfill the prescriptions until I have another appointment scheduled with the doctor even though I just had one two months ago. But I wouldn't have known this information if I didn't call to find out why the prescriptions weren't sent to my pharmacy. Very unprofessional that they didn't call me to let me know what was required to fill my prescriptions. I wonder if management sees how horrible The rating of this medical office is or if they even care.

The waiting time here is beyond atrocious. You make an appointment for 1pm. Get ready to be seen around 2pm. Absolutely brutal.

I highly recommend Dr. Goldstein. He is an excellent cardiologist and has an extremely good bedside manner. He really cares about his patients. The only downside to this office is that every time I call, I can never ever get an appointment within 2 to 3 months. No slots are ever available according to the woman that answers the phone.
