I had an mri done on my leg...These people in the massapequa office leading to the mri room and lockers look lifeless and look like they don't want to be there. I had to wait 5 business days to get mri results when my doctor and I were waiting on the results to see if I needed surgery or not and I couldn't get any relief till we knew the problem I suffered in pain. THE ONLY REASON WHY IT GETS 2 STARS IS THE LADIES IN THE FRONT WERE NICE. Horrific horrific place. IF GOD FORBID I EVER GET HURT again I'll never ever come here. FIVE DAYS 5!!!!! TERRIBLEEEE

My entire experience with Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology in Massapequa, NY was extremely pleasant from start to finish. Calling for an appointment was quick and easy. When I came in for my appointment on Monday, Sept. 19, 2022 for a thyroid ultrasound, at check in, the staff was attentive and very courteous. I didn't wait long in the waiting room at all. Perhaps around five minutes. The ultrasound went smoothly and the technician was very courteous and understanding when I told her that laying on my back having to be very still was a vertigo trigger. It all went extremely well. My appointment was at 11:45 a.m. and I was back in my car at precisely 12 noon. I have ZERO complaints and give you all a two thumbs up! I don't remember any of the staff's names, but if I did, I would give them an honorable mention.
