Jody was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! She called me the morning of my appointment to go over the style I was interested in so they could get a head start on pulling some dresses for me. I had a late appointment so she wanted me to have time to try everything on. I went in to try on dresses by designer Maggie Sottero, as I really loved her dresses searching online. But was open to trying anything. She was very patient with me trying on a good handful of dresses. She picked a dress for me to try that was completely opposite of the lacey Bohemian style I'd thought I was going to choose and I fell in LOVE.. and it was still a Maggie dress. 😍 I said Yes! I really had a great experience finding my dress with Jody.

This was only my second trip to try on dresses and get an idea of what I was looking for. I knew I wanted a ball gown, but also was open minded and didn't mind trying on other dresses that stood out. I brought my mom and grandma to the appointment to help me. I was not expecting to leave with a dress, but I did! It was only my 6th dress I tried on and it was NOTHING what I was expecting. Instead of a full ballgown, Jessica asked if I was willing to try something else on that she had thought of. She was listening to my mom and grandmother comment on another girl who was trying on fitted dresses, so she pulled a dress that would maybe make everyone happy- and it did! It was a fitted with a detachable skirt, and I loved it! Jessica and her team continued to help me move around in the dress (since it was a little snug) and even helped me accessorize it which helped me get some ideas. They were so patient with me, listened to my thoughts, but also politely introduced new designs that I was not expecting to try on. From the second I walked in to when I signed off on my dress, the experience was phenomenal! Thank you everyone at Bridal Reflections! You made this process and decision such a easy one!

Being super late in the game for dress shopping for my wedding was stressful. Ann-Marie was the most thoughtful and helpful person ever. She made sure I was comfortable and brought out styles and types of dresses that portrayed what I was looking for. It was a fast and easy decision when I said “yes to the dress.”

Joe was an absolute dream to work with!! He was so welcoming, I felt like I knew him my whole life! He looked at my Pinterest board and walked me through the store to see what dresses I wanted to start with that was aligned with my initial ideas and kept within our budget. He asked periodically if I was comfortable or feeling overwhelmed to ensure I never felt that way. I never felt overwhelmed at any point! He listened to all my likes and dislikes as I tried on dresses and read my families reaction to the dresses as well. I went in not expecting to find my perfect wedding dress and veil, but because of his help, I did! I can not wait to schedule my fitting with him when the time comes! I could not recommend enough!!! 1000/10 starts!
