The checkout experience was pretty terrible. They asked me for my personal information for points. I explicitly indicated that I wasn't interested. The checkout person then randomly puts my products points the person behind me. Then when I asked for the receipt she said to her manager, I used someone else's account and sent the receipt to her email. I didn't ask, consent, or want another person with my purchase. This experience was gross.

I've been having a rough time with my newly colored hair. It's been extremely dry and unmanageable and went into Ulta today to pick up some new products. I was helped by Veronica who went above and beyond to help me pick out hydrating conditioner, mask and styling cream. So far the styling cream is wonderful and I look forward to using the rest of the products! Thank you Veronica for saving my hair!!

I have been going here for several months to get my brows done at the benefit bar by Tina at the Ulta store in Massapequa, NY. She is amazing! Always takes the time to discuss the process, tinting, waxing and style. I’m older with platinum blonde hair so my brows tend to be scarce. Tina always gives me beautiful tint coloring and a great style that lasts for weeks. She has recommended great products to enhance my brow growth. Her kindness and professionalism make the whole experience very enjoyable. Highly recommend her!

I had my eyebrows waxed at the Massapequa Ulta. The service was done by Tina. She was Amazing she knew exactly what I wanted she was professional and warm and really knows her beauty business. Any question I had about product she was willing to help and had suggestions on what would work for me. I rate this entire experience with Tina a 10. Thanks to her I will only be going there for my waxing.
