Just wanted to first thank Brittney for all the hard work she has done over the years. She is such a sweet, caring and delightful young lady who is always there to help you. She cares for all her residents and treats them with the utmost respect. She’s so respectful and goes beyond her duties. If no one has told you lately you are truly appreciated. l'd like to also thank Mr Jeff (office Manager )and Mr.Darnell(maintenance manager) for getting some of the repairs completed in my unit. I've just had my floors done and one wall painted to my satisfaction. Now I’m excited and Looking forward to them completing the rest. Update: They came and painted the rest of my apartment and I’m so satisfied with the job . It’s clean and bright. It feels like home again. Thanks to Mr. Jeff Rohrer. Because of him a lot of our issues are being taken care of. He’ll probably say, I welcomed him in with a list of all the issues I had. But him took it and crossed off most of the boxes. Lol He’s respectful and very quiet but I found out he cares for his resident’s. For years I’ve asked to have several issues done in my apartment which have been unanswered or check off as completed when it wasn’t. But I can now say that my list of things have been checked off and I owe that to you. Thanks again

Our family moved here in June 2021 & it’s been slightly unpleasant to say the least. Brittany & Jose have been the most helpful with most of our complaints. When we checked the apartment about 2 weeks prior to moving in, I sent a list of cleaning & repairs needed. It seemed the bare minimum was done when the previous tenant moved out. Not at all what attracted us from website photos. Kitchen cabinets & stove vents with caked grease, roaches painted over in the cabinets, floor cabinets shelves sinking, entryway & kitchen floors scratched up, dented & with un-removable stains, reddish-brown residue on the counters, etc. When it was time to pick up keys & sign the lease we inspected the apartment again. There were minor improvements but we were told the cabinets would have to be replaced after moving in due to back up from Covid. The washing machine & dishwasher were two of the most important things. Both smelled horrible. We cleaned them and placed several requests for maintenance and were told to use bleach to alleviate. Jose finally came and looked at our washing machine after months of complaints and damage to our clothes. He understood that we needed a washer with an agitator and said he would let the maintenance supervisor know. Brittany followed up and the washer was eventually changed about 1- 1.5 months ago. It’s been an improvement but the other repairs & restorations we’ve asked for have been ignored. We managed to get the reserved parking with signage; however, we’ve had to have numerous vehicles towed because they say the rental office has told them there is no reserved parking. Most of the people parking in our spaces have lived here longer than we have and probably know that signage wasn’t there before July/August 2021 and chose to park there anyway. Overall, Brittany has been great. We would just appreciate some follow through on the things that should’ve been fixed/replaced/upgraded prior to moving in.

New to neighborhood so far so good! rental office Manager Suaimatu has been Amazing with assisting with rental process as well as explaining in great detail amenities and local shops in area. Everytime i call and having any questions or concerns she is on it right away!!! Thank you so much.

I’ve been happy since my first day here! I’m so glad I picked The Flats as my new home. Everyone is incredibly friendly AND approachable. Their work is excellent AND expedient. Even though I wouldn’t classify my very few maintenance requests as major, the staff which includes Jeff, James, Jose and Brittney, made it a priority to immediately take care of my concerns. This shows me that they all consider any issue a major issue. Many thanks to Everyone.
