I had my 115 lb Malamute bathed here and WOW they did an amazing job! Akira was just boarded for 10 days and was stinky and full of fur. The nice young man who bathed her spend hours bathing her and brushing her. I am so thrilled! Please remember to tip your groomer! Thank you grooming team!

Been going to this store for awhile now and it's been going downhill. The staff is full of kids on phones that don't care about customer service. I needed a price on a priduct on a pallet and went to the front to ask. I disturbed Michael on his phone abs he risky brought me to an aisle and pointed to a price on products where I want even looking and rudely said "THERE'S YOUR PRICING". These people don't give a darn about cuisine services and clearly dislike those they serve. I left a half full cart that was going to be full and went to Petco. These people have lost my business, I went into petco and everyone was friendly to both us and our dogs. Pet Smart treats people worse than rodents. I doubt they'll even address this properly.

A new experience, sale of insects in this place.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming! Store is generally well stocked. Our dog loves to come with us and say hi to everyone.

They typically do not train service dogs because of the amount of time it takes. But they do have several obedience type classes and a k9 good citizen program thats more of a doggie manners program for interaction with the public. I would suggest looking at Independent dog trainers and or service dog training programs on Google. But a service dog training program is going to be expensive and I would avoid the cheapest ones myself. Your wanting a companion dog that will respond immediately once you give the command or the dog picks up on a medical problem. You are typically going to have a month long training session with the dog pre trained and learn the commands and the dog as well as the dog learns about you. Its a partnership between you, the dog and the trainer. You also tend to get what you pay for and I would be concerned about the quality of training as a service dog from a big box store that is focused on the stores profit margins and liabilities.
That's sad. You should leave a review instead of a question to share your feedback.
There are stairs for sale there that are perfect for a small dog. Wooden ones which require a minimal amount of construction and some already made filled with a hard foam padding.
Yes it does and much more
