With only 30 days notice for just a concrete parking space they raise their prices by 75! They now want nesrly $500 per month to park an RV there. This is the third rate increase in two years they’ve had, but this one is beyond outrageous. It’s a nice facility but you’ll pay through the nose. They continually beat you up way with annual rate increases way beyond with inflation there.

The facility is very clean and climate controlled. Rickie provided a tour of the facility and provided important information. Definitely would recom.end.
