Good gate people Crain operators are excellent I hope that they come up with a better way to locate containers as I do get tired of driving around looking at each container to find the one I need

Be prepared to wait. Sometimes they'll get you quickly, but don't bet on it. The ITS crew they have ingating/outgating is a revolving crew of misfits that couldn't cut it elsewhere. The equipment is ancient and constantly breaking down. They'll leave you sitting while they rearrange boxes, line doesn't matter- they'll get whoever they want regardless of how long you've been waiting. The entire operation is poorly planned and organized.
