I made a deposit at a Branch recently that the Credit Union was unable to process due to certain protocols. It was from outside the state. The Teller went out of her way to call the Bank to verify it. I thought it was a kind gesture. Customer service is apparently good here. Check it out.

Mazuma claims that it's there for their member which is a big lie.. The only way you can get a loan is either have perfect credit or alot of money in your account.. They want even give you a loan if you have your payroll or pension going direct deposit..

The worst 1st time experience ever wouldnt allow me to open an account because i have no bills in my name but i provided a legal document proving my residency kinda explains why they barely have 2 stars

I haven't had my arm cards for a month
I filed for bankruptcy in 2012 because of an ailment. I was not able to continue to pay my bills and had to refinance my home. I owed you Mazuma around $4,000. I have been under a doctor's care since 2011 and still under a doctor's care. Mazuma keeps adding interest to what I owe and has now increased the percentage to .09 percent. I can no longer live or afford where I live and having difficulty finding housing due to the high cost placed on senior living facilities. Why does Mazuma continue to make things worse for person's unemployed and with disability. If I could afford to pay the $4,000 (which is a little more than that). Now the amount is over $8,000. it's almost as if people/businesses only think about themselves during times of a crisis. Why? How would you feel if you were in a crisis situation and attempted to resolve things but instead everything got worse. I'm having a difficult time selling the property and even if I do sell people keep increasing interest rates.
Go to an ATM or call the bank. Either one should be able to tell you your balance

Yes, it's open. Just took my son there last week to open a checking account. There's 2 doors... one for Mazuma, and the other is for Trader's. You have to call to make an appointment to go inside
