It's over the top crazy with the constant changes with how to access your account. Now it's even more ridiculous. Press one, put this in, press one to accept, we're sending a code to your phone, press one again, enter share id, press one again. Totally ridiculous, my up in age mom can't even access her account because of all these changes and press one, enter this that and the other. Becoming to much. And the app doesn't accept password or username. Called and was supposed to be fixed it's not.

Long lines, customers are rude. The customer service people rude, especially Friday afternoon the guy at desk pulling people from behind me to wait on them. Just plain rude

O stars wasn't an option! Employees with POOR people skills & horrible customer service. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in, I encounter a person who is rude with a BAD attitude. I live close but will inconvenience myself & drive to another location further away to avoid this place. TOTALLY & TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least!!!! UGH!!

If you use a card from another credit union that is part of the co-op, there is no fee! If you use a card from another financial institution at Mazuma, that institution might charge you a fee but Mazuma will not. If you use a Mazuma card at a financial institution not part of the co-op, we will not charge you a fee but that institution might. Fees are based on the institution that owns the ATM and will vary.
