I applied for a car loan, Miss Adriana helped me and the process was quick and simple!!! She listened and walked me through each step in the application process . I haven’t had a car loan in years and this is the best experience iv had.

I unexpectedly needed to purchase a vehicle and had the pleasure of working with Ms. Adriana Miranda for my loan. I found her to be professional, responsive, courteous, and very proactive. We worked with an out-of-state dealership, and she called the salesperson a few times and wouldn't take "no" for answer when there were items that we needed that they didn't think they could provide. Indeed, it was a pleasure working with Ms. Miranda on this transaction and if I need loan assistance from KCCU again, I look forward to working with Ms. Miranda. Questions & Answers

So I had to use a shared bank in indiana once they opened. But I wasn't able to get my room that evening because the credit union shut my card off before sending me a new card. I've been a member for 30 years and its never been this many problems .

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by having your debit card turned off. The only reason debit cards are shut off by the credit union without an explicit request from the member are for instances of fraud and the MasterCard company will block your card to protect the funds in your account. Please make sure that all of your contact information is up to date in our system since the MasterCard company does try to contact you when potential fraud happens on your account. If you have any other questions please let us know.

Also I went out of town Aug 1st. The credit union had shut off my savings account card and I wasn't able to get any money. They shut off my card without issuing me a new card first. And they couldn't turn my old card back on ???.

They shut my card off because they are issuing new cards with chips. I have the old card that expires 12/19. They turned my card off without sending me a new one and it left me without sleeping in a room for one night. Thiers no excuse to have turned my card off without cause. Thier was no one messing with my account. They clearly dropped the ball and I still don't have my new card as of today.

There is not a number to call after hours to check your account information. Can you please get a legitimate number for everyone. 861-2704, 861-5700 and 436-4384 doesn't give it to me. This is crazy.
