Food was subpar especially for the price. Quality has gone down greatly. We were reminded quickly why we don't eat fast food unless absolutely necessary.

There have been terribly long waits recently during peak times. We are talking 20-30 minutes for drive through or curbside. This seems to be an employment issue as they have hiring signs up and temporarily reduced their hours. Restaurant is clean and updated. For the most part, employees are pleasant and provide good customer service.

Horrible walk-in service. From the time I walked in to the time I finally got my food it took them 45 minutes. I started out being 2nd in line to be served and then I watched 3 door dash orders get put above mine. The meat on my big Mac is burnt and the bacon on my ol' man's quarter pounder looks like dog treats. There was too much goofing off by a couple of the employees. It's a business that is called fast food.

I work here. We have many issues with our management, and struggle to keep up with a lot of things. We keep some regular meat, fish, and chicken in cabinet to be prepared, but sometimes we run out, and cooking more takes a little bit of time. Drive thru is often held because we have the order behind them and are waiting for something for that order to be cooked, and many customers complain. Besides all that customers say and how much they yell at us, our GM is worse. She never helps out, always treats us poorly, fires us for no reason, and acts like everything is fine. Do us a favor, please be a little calmer with us. We're trying our best.

Non the less, waiting in drive thru at 8 PM for 45 minutes is ridiculous...
