Having been disappointed in the past with the performance of numerous other Urgent Care Centers, I must report that my experience of the Tilghman Street Patient First location was positive in all regards. From the thorough, efficient check-in thru execution of the testing procedures as well as the physician's 'vital signs' follow-up, I assess that all services provided were both professional and personable. I noted other reviews that suggest lack of consistency; however I am reporting faithfully only my experience, noting that among all my urgent care visits to other centers, this one by comparison was outstanding.

Well organized staff, knowledgeable about each of their roles. Sort of a family atmosphere among the staff. Very impressed. Head and shoulders above most urgent care facilities with much of the equipment normally only found in an ER.

Made me feel very comfortable and welcomed! Love them!
