I reached out to Kathleen Mayo (EVP of Customer Operations) and spoke with Jill Girard about receiving the same $29.99 unlimited rate that they offer new (and newer) customers. They said no, because- get this- I've been with them too long! This is discrimination, plain and simple. I'm disgusted at Spectrum Corporate, who I thought would have done the right thing and offered me the deal. I'm switching out our phones and internet, and I'm switching out my office too. "Customer Service"- what a joke.

Call Spectrum
You should be able to pay your Spectrum Cable/Internet/Home Phone bill at this location. However, not your Spectrum Mobile bill if you are a customer on the Mobile side.
