Great apartment -- Johanna and the whole staff are so nice, helpful and have been incredibly quick at responding to any requests or maintenance that has come up (and there hasn't really been much of anything). Love the pool. Apartment building is really well maintained. I live in a two bedroom with a renovated kitchen + washer/dryer; and it's great, no complaints at all honestly.

I been there 4 months. This is my first apartment. And I am not enjoying my self. Yes they are doing construction down the street. But the mices are ridiculous. They are everywhere. I seen a couple roachs no more then maybe 4 baby ones in the last four months. My house is clean as possible. I have 10 month old baby that I’m scared to just let her crawl around because of the creatures and then what we have down to try to get rid of them. Visitor parking is stupid. It’s one row consisted of maybe 15-20spaces. I had a problem with towing about 3 times. This time, and my final straw, my guest had a parking pass and in between the yellow lines and still got towed and has to pay to get it out. They have no sympathy. The towing company Prestige Towing is horrible. I call to ask if they have the car. And the lady was no help but telling me I have to pay $152 to get the car out and $25 for each day it sit after 24 hours. (Remember even though it has a parking pass in the window. Dumb) I have tired breaking my lease and even offered to pay a little more. But Ms. Jessica that sits at the rental office front desk, recommended me to turn in my keys move out and still continue paying $1500 a month. On who, or am I going crazy that, that sounds like nonsense. Even though the property manager tried working with us and actually heard us out. Nothing still have not been resolved... MOVE HERE ON UNDER DESPERATE MATTERS AND IF ANYTHING MONTH TO MONTH. DO NOT SIGN A YEAR LEASE BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORTHY.

Worst Apartments Ever ! Mice are every where & then leasing office doesnt care. I’ve only been here for 3 months and they lied about everything when I first came to look at the apartment. This place is a trap! If I could could give 0 stars I would !
