I used to come here once a month, every month for an entire year during 2018 - 2019 to withdraw my monthly rent in cash. Staff is always super fast and friendly, even started a credit card at this location back then and the banker was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

They called me for account review. When I showed up the person I was supposed to meet had left for the day and nobody was prepared for a account review that they set up. Then when trying to process a credit card request I was given bad information and only found out after they processed the request that they couldnt do what they said they could do. Overall I wasted an hour of my time and was very disappointed with the level of customer service, organization and communication this branch has.
