Been here for a year and a half. Moved in everything was great.. till now. Nobody should ever live like this. It’s been over a week w multiple Maintenance request.. AC is out, there is a very bad leak coming from my ceiling. Has been going on for 2 weeks now. Apartments contain lead.. so the ceiling falling apart is not the safest. On top of that due to that leak, mold has been growing. Fast and bad. Been sending pictures, endless request and all they do is mark it completed without even stepping foot into my unit. This isn’t safe what so ever. We have been without AC and the ceiling falling apart for now over a week. It’s pretty disappointing. It’s been over 100 degrees out lately. No human should ever live like this. Please do not move here. For your healths sake.

You are viewing the worst Apartment you have ever seen. - Your maintenance request will take up to 1 month to get done. Even if your AC/heater stops working. - I saw multiple cars are broken windows overnight and stolen parts from inside(not a safe area). - people smoke on the stairs. - expensive trash and sewer bills compared to other apartments (up to $90/month on the top of your utility). - worst customer service(No one asks you why you are there if you went leasing office for your quick questions).

I have lived here for 3 months and it has been a very horrible experience. Although my leasing process was made seamless by the leasing agent, Tevin, the quality of everything else has been dissatisfying. When I moved in, it took over a week to get my mailbox keys, not only that, they were minor issues with the apartments that maintenance attended to after two weeks. Now, I understand outside pests can get into apartments but its the management responsibility to control this. I had birds nesting in the pipes of my dryer machine and mice all over my apartments( I am a very clean person , so no dirts or clusters whatsoever to attracts pests) I raised multiple work orders to have this attended to and they had told me I was drying too many clothes that's why the dryer wasn't working. It took three work orders, two calls and one email to have this attended to. The issue wasn't mitigated - they just found the birds nest and took it out - did nothing to keep them out permanently. The mice issue, nothing was done about it. I raised these issues again and it's been a week now - no response. I had to call an external person to come take care of these things. They were able to block the holes along the walls in the apartments and also take out another huge bird nests with four baby birds out and also put a mesh to keep the birds out. It's just really annoying that they never take residents complaints seriously. Rent isn't free so comfort should come easy! This is by far still the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Please sign a lease if you would like to live with mice and have birds making sounds in your pipes all day non stop

I have been staying at this apartment for 3 years, what started out great turned into a nightmare. When I moved in my building 3 unit was empty and as people moved in I started to see mice and roaches. I been asking to get an early termination but the property Manager Mrs. Robyn has an attitude. I am respectful to all the staff and when I ask her why she has an attitude she told me she don't bring her heart to work and she runs a business. The lack of customer service in the leasing office is apart of the problem. You can't run a business being rude to the people the pay to stay with roaches and mice. We didn't ask for this problem and pest control is already charge in the rent. I Forgot to mention you have to get on a waiting list to receive pest control, they only come on Fridays. Also when I was in the office waiting to talk to Ms. Robyn a couple was moving in the same day. As they was about to get their keys a staff member informed them that their unit don't have ac/heat at the and will be fixed by the following week. My ac went out twice in my unit and they took over a month to fix it in the middle of the hottest month. My unit reached 100 degrees with 2 young children. Also we have big rat in the parking lot they greet you at your car so be alert when walking in the park lot.
