Do not recommend at all. There is multi year construction noise from 8:00 am until 5:00pm every day of the week. It is very loud and does not allow for a resident to work from home. The manager of the community did not care to assist even thought it has only been a month since moved in. The leasing staff failed to communicate during the entire leasing process. They purposely did not say anything and now want me to pay a termination fee and are rushing me to move out for the new tenant. The leasing staff and manager are liars and honestly just want to collect termination fee during their multi year construction. They corporate office does not respond to your requests.I contacted southern management and it has been over a week. The office does not want to provide email of regional manager or ownership. You will regret it so save your money!

Do not waste your time or money here. Drug use is rampant and nothing will be done about it. Vehicle vandalism occurs Very frequently even in the “secured” garages. The doors are always malfunctioning. There are not enough parking spaces for tenants so expect nothing in the form of help from mismanagement when it comes to this issue. You will not be provided visitors parking either. Mismanagement will never own up to any of these ongoing issues. SO PLEASE STEER COMPLETELY CLEAR OF THESE LOW BUDGET APARTMENTS.

Management is unprofessional. Toured property a month and half before move in. Applied a week later after tour and received move in date and signed a lease. 2 weeks before move in and a week before Christmas, leasing office was unable to honor move in date and told me my already agreed upon rent would increase due to change in management. After lengthy emails from me. The leasing office agreed to honor my original rent and find an alternate unit for same move in date. A week later I asked to see the said new unit and received a new lease that still had the original management name in the lease. I never signed the lease or got a response on when to tour but was told my move in date was pushed back again and asked “is that ok?” Needless to say I said no it is not and I will not be moving in. Raquel in the leasing office was insensitive, unprofessional and this apartment has left a horrible impression.

I have been hunting apartments in the area, which has been very difficult since I live out of state. The staff has been very diligent, professional, and patience with all my frecuent questions. At the end, we decided to select another place closer to public transportation, but I needed to leave a review because they really were amazing during the application process.
