The leasing office is suppose to be a customer service if I'm not wrong but unfortunately, there is no real customer service here. Been rude to residents and talking to them sometimes like kids or disrespecting them are some of issues you have to deal with when you get in there most of the time. So, please rethink the way to welcome and talk to residents in that office please! We don't need more stress once we are at the place we call home!

Dont get deceived by the deals they have , this is the worst apartment complex someone can live . Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. This place is a total joke. we moved out on the 1 st ofdecember and was told that we would get our security deposit 30 to 45 days after, untill now february is coming up, no deposit was given plus when youre moving they come up with all these charges that do not make sense,,, please do yourself a favor, drama is not worrth it.

The don't know how to talk to people well. Also the have no parking for tenants. This is the worst place to stay. No AC now for more than nine days.

I have lived here for 10 years in two different apartments: Pros: Utilities are included, parking is free, large apartments, the leasing office accepts packages on behalf of tenants, tolerable distance from DC( not too close, not too far). Cons: Roaches, mice, trifling neighbors, gross/broken elevators, hot water goes in and out, homeless teens living/smoking in the stairwells which are dim and smell like pee/poo/weed, disgusting leaky roach-filled laundry rooms, outdated treadmills in "gym" (I have found used condoms on the exercise equipment before), no security guard (people break the doors every month in order to be able to get in without a key or keycard). I would give it 1 star but even with all of the cons I've somehow survived living in this building. You just have to do your work to keep it clean. Then you'll only have a few roaches. Seems like it's impossible to have none. Management: Seemingly overwhelmed. They do their best to help and answer maintenance calls. But all they can do is paint over mold, call the exterminator, and fix the front door when it breaks. No real steps made toward security or cleanliness. There are some renovated apartments. I have a so-called renovated apartment and there are still roaches and dead outlets. Yet I find it funny that they give the leasing office a brand new makeover every 5 years, but can't spruce-up the stairwells that we are forced to take since the elevator is constantly acting up. Just do your best to survive and get use to kids running all over the place and gross cooking smells in the halls every day.
