Edited on 7/5 If you break you Aprtments keys in the door lock because of the door-lock allingment don’t expect management to come help you open the door and let you IN even though you have 3 little kids sitting outside in 90+F heat for hours waiting for a locksmith to come and open the door for you as emergency maintenance guy cannot use his master key because of the property manager says not to break the off hours leasing lockout “ protocol” No humanity in these people. Lazy residential service agents. Old post: I report to management that my packages are being stolen from last 3 months and NO ONE CARES. Management is the WORST here.

*Alyssa Medaris Moved in on a 10 month lease. Multiple issues with the apartment including damage and stains to the cabinets in the kitchen, black markings on the wall, looked like the apartment hadn’t been cleaned before we moved in because it wasn’t the original apartment we were supposed to get due to them switching it at the last minute, peeling bathtub, the wall in the kitchen had a metal plate that was lined with paper towels stuffed into the space they didn’t fill, the dryer in the kitchen caused a lot of condensation to the point that the walls were covered in yellow residue and the windows produced puddles, and don’t get me started on the cockroach issue that our apartment had and took 6 months for them to finally go away. Oh and let’s not forget the 3 days in the dead of winter that the heat was out and they said they couldn’t fix it so gave me two 5 inch heaters for a 1190 sq ft apartment and a 3 year old. Now, I’m having to argue with them about trying to charge me extra fees after I’ve moved out. Residents office has been great at trying to help me and giving me great customer service but the ones in charge of accounting are basically telling me to deal with it. It’s very frustrating. The apartment has some real potential to be nice. It looks updated, nice backsplash, new fridge, very big and spacious, loved the size of the master bedroom and the his and her closets were perfect. I just don’t know if the pros out-way the cons, especially when it comes to the roaches.

I am getting rid of an infestation of earwigs in the master bedroom I've had for over 3weeks now. The exterminator has been here many times and I am still seeing an influx of them every night to the point i can't even sleep. The roaches are a re-occurring thing each week and the cracks in the apt are not covered up before you move in. I had to personally go to Home Depot and fill certain holes and cracks in the apt. I even had to buy Home defense to keep the roaches at bay each week. secondly, I came home May 21,2022 @12:35am to whole 2nd floor filled with smoke and no one's smoke alarm was going off. Had to manually pull the fire alarm to alert everyone and get them out of the apts due to a huge fire in a tenants apt. None of the apts have sprinklers in them or in the hallway as well. It wasn't until that Saturday evening that a tenant had to call the office and complain about the smoke detectors not working and they came and gave us all brand new ones on that Tuesday. I STRONGLY BELIEVE IF I DIDNT COME HOME THAT NIGHT WE ALL WOULD BE WITHOUT A HOME. Overall, I am not pleased with this Morgan Properties since I came from one previously back in Baltimore that didn't have its tenants pay for visitor parking, washer machines smaller & no ice tray in the fridge. Trash bins are completely everyday of the week even after they come dump the trash. I've been here for 13mon

This complex is deplorable and does not treat their tenants fairly. You have a property manager that lies and adds on unnecessary fees. I am reporting them to the Department of Housing. Their low ratings are there for a reason, take heed.

That’s because it’s considered legal if it’s recreational indoors 🤔 can’t call the law when that’s a law 😩🤷🏾♀️ Why not just move marijuana treats asthma better than ventolin or albuteral anyway so you’re actually winning just sit back and enjoy the ride man
$25 per applicant
They'll say $1300 but you'll end up paying about $1500 plus bills.
