today that I returned to my house I found a surprise, The thieves stole my 2 bikes again. it's already the second time it's happened. Please Glenmont Forest Apartments pay more attention to these types of situations because they occur in daylight.

I called Glenmont Forest Apartments today. I tried talking about someone making a good deal of noise. I was met with very a unpleasant- nasty even- answer. I have no course now but to take matters into my own hands. Things have really gone downhill here.

I had a smooth experience with the management office and move in process. There were a few hiccups with the apartment the same day I moved in but I was able to report it and maintenance came in like 30 mins. Overall I recommend the community. I was very content with the transparency I received. For me communication is key and here I received it. So far I have been here for a month going on 2 and have had no issues. I see a lot of rating about pests in the units and I haven't seen not even one critter. I have no noise complaints as everyone in my building is respectful of that. From what I can see in the comments is that this place is "Trash" but this is far better than what people are saying. First of all this place only has a tiny problem with mice and I don't even remember the last time I even saw a cockroach, Also i saw another review about the toilets getting clogged and showers getting clogged but literally thats kinda their own fault. But i guess some people can have an opinion. This place would be 5 star if there were no mice.
