I feel like they literally take your application fee and never are available. From calls, voicemails to emails you will NOT get a response. This is already horrible management. Waste of money! and to think I wanted to live here smh. Please do better.

Very unprofessional mgmt. I applied for a renovated 1bd/1br after being shown one. After applying, i was told that a renovated one is no longer available. Thus, i applied under false pretenses. I asked one of the staff to show me the classic unit. No one ever showed up for the tour and my calls have gone unanswered. Literally just took my $40 for the application fee and haven't heard a word since.

No one shows up to view an apartment. I called and confirmed two appointments and both Saturdays no one shows up. I called the phone number on the leasing office door and no one answers either. I guess they don't want new residents to move in. Ridiculous.

My roommate and I moved to Auden Place about a month ago and got a (big) renovated two bedroom. Upon signing the lease, I came and did a solo tour of the grounds and the unit we would be moving in to. After moving in, we received an inspection checklist and did have quite a few things that needed repair. However, all of the things were fixed within 2 weeks of move in! I was so amazed. They keep the grounds very clean, and clean the front entrance to your building weekly. It’s a very quiet community. The laundry room in our building has been kept clean and haven’t had any issues getting an available machine. The leasing agent Danielle could not have been better at helping and guiding me through the leasing process as this is the first time I’ve done it by myself. David, the property manager and James the maintenance manager are both great too! I would highly recommend giving Auden Place a chance. My roommate and I have been so pleased.
