Used PODS twice for a coast to coast move and was happy with the results. Economical, easy to book and making changes when needed, friendly staff/drivers, and cheaper than several other options I looked into. I recommend PODS for sure.

When I contacted PODS in May about our plans to re-locate, I was given ab breakdown of what the various charges would be. PODS charges the credit card at each step of the process. When all was done and I added up the charges, the total of the charges seemed quite a bit higher that I had expected. I contacted PODS and I was presented with an itemized bill. The problem related to the fact that I was quoted an amount for the "transportation" that was several hundred dollars less than what my card was charged. I have spoken with PODS several times now and I have found them to be very slow to respond and they have provided no explanation for the mis-quote. I will be filing a dispute with American Express.

Amazing that even the ¼-full POD showed no signs of stuff shifting around during a 3000 mile move, nor any damage! It was amazing watching the podzilla loading and unloading in action. My only real complaint is in messed up and non-transparent billing, no advance warning of charges made direct from checking accounts, and related bureaucratic errors, but I understand they now have new leadership that is starting to address these issues.

We used PODS to move some of our furniture and boxes to a new house in a different state. I called different services but thought PODS was the most professional and best quote. They delivered the POD, put it where we asked, picked it up, and delivered it to our new house all according to the schedule I set. They were great-very professional and friendly. I would use them again if needed.
