Aside from waiting 30 minutes to have my virtual appointment with the doctor, the appointment itself went quite well. I felt as though I was seen and heard and all of my questions were answered. I was reassured and I was also given options. She was helpful and accommodating.

Usually same day walk in appointments....if earlier than later. Very great customer services. Everyone is very friendly even the doctors 😉. New doctors almost everyday. Haven't had a bad experience here. Been coming here over Kaiser for about a year now. Less people, less wait, less parking issues. Even though this parking lot is extremely small for alllll the business located here. I always Find 1 spot for my large SUV. Easy to get too off the freeway. Then grab a coffee next door. Or some lunch at Nations about 4 business down. Higley recommend If you don't have medical coverage. They will accommodate you. It will cost you a little more. But not super crazy. You can always call the front desk. Tell them your issues, they will tell you upfront how much it will cost you out of pocket. (Obviously it's not cut in dry, could be more could be less. Depending on what they find)

I had a lower back problem and was in severe pain. The appointment was simple to setup and when I arrived . The receptionist was very friendly and the intake worker, PA were super nice and professional. I felt better after leaving . I would recommend this clinic. Thank you for you for caring for me. Joseph
