This is a horrible place to live, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management is nice but useless. It is infested with roaches and rodents. Packages get stolen. Maintenance does nothing. Cars get towed daily. The air condition did not work during 90 degree weather. There were two notices of gun violence in the less than a year I lived there. The fire alarms go off weekly. I can not say enough bad things about this place.

I have lived here for more than a year now. The whole management team is doing a fantastic job turning this place around. Claudia Alvarez and the whole management team are amazing! Claudia will go the extra mile to accommodate you when you have an issue and escalate the problem to resolve it the same day. She is very professional, respectful and communicates well with her team to make your stay comfortable. Thank you for the great experience.

Claudia was an amazing help with such a welcoming and professional attitude! She was patient with me in helping me figure out a solution to my problem and she truly saved the day! There is no long wait times in the office and everyone there is very supportive and polite. I truly recommend the enclave for their great customer service that it is very hard to find when dealing with apartment staff that have to manage so many people. Whoever trains their staff deserves a raise and a half!
