Management lied about process. Informed Goldie my credit was impacted negative due COVID-19. I have extra for deposit or rent and she ensured me I would fine. I then received a denial email. I also just sold my home. Very bad service. Management stated my score would not matter if I could pay more. They discriminated against me due to skin color. I going to file complaint.

I want to say thank you to Goldie. She was one one of the only people to allow me and my son to come to Jacksonville from PA on very short notice without all the red tape which slows the process tremendously. I own a house and needed a place to go to Mayo Clinic and it was like jumping through hoops until I found her. Thank you for giving my son a second lease on life and not slowing down an already stressful situation. You are forever in my families heart.
