Update: moved. I am preparing to civll suit these inept abusive people. I’d like to see a Class Action Suit. I’ve been renting from them about a decade now. I’ve had my ups and downs. But when I’ve really pushed an issue, they magically make it all better. I just wish I didn’t have to push, I guess. Maintenance is not an issue. And since Shawn Huckleby left… none of that applies. IT IS A NIGHTMARE HERE! Unless you are a Selby Ave Crip and smoke crack… obey overaged broke pimps… RUN HARD, RUN LONG, RUN FAST. I’ve never seen Mgmt and their lawyer so inept and void anywhere like here now. I do not understand how they continue the charade of managing or professionalism! It’s a joke! Civil suits going to be easy. It HAS TO BE INTENTIONAL TO CREATE NUISANCE PROPERTY SINCE THATS THE ONLY LOOPHOLE TO BREAK OUT OF PUBLIC HOUSING ZONED. Drug raids at Creeks Run Townhomes in Chaska the end of September, and tenants are still residing there, putting everyone at risk. Including property management at risk of lawsuit for allowing this behavior to continue. Minnesota Statute 504B.141.

You'll regret ever moving in to one of their properties. Mark my words. They filed an eviction against me even though I had a payment arrangement in place and up to date that time. The property management forgot to relay the message to her higher boss that we had set up a payment arrangement. After explaining this to the corporate office it was dismissed and I never even went to court. Unfortunately I still have an eviction on my record from this, and am in the process of getting it expunged so I can move out. Besides that there's an extremely high turn over on management, repairs are only important when HUD is coming out to do the yearly inspections and the grounds are always trashed with garbage. Mailbox has been broken since April (5 months)and me and my neighbors have to drive to post office to get our mail because they refuse to fix a $50 lock.

Yes, they subsidize their apartments up here in hibbing. I know they work with people in regards to helping with the paperwork and informing people of what they need to have done and the best way to go about accomplishing any necessary tasks. They don't have a lot of "fine print" so the transition is virtually painless and timely depending on your own personal situation, everyone's different so nobodys experience is identical to the next. However the staff did seem awful busy, and I didn't want to cause any commotion so I went to smoke a cigarette and before I could finish my friend was out the door with a smile and a simple and feasible plan of action and a couple tasks to complete before she could move in but it was cut and dry. Now she's warm and in her own place up here in Hibbing. Which I'd say is the only crappy part of my story. It would be a lot more cool if it took place in St Paul. Xoxo
Yes there are apartments available at the meadowview location in hibbng mn. There are not many one bedrooms available but I know the 2 bedrooms are getting remodeled. They are suction 8 approved and hud and subsidy.... They r now owned by PREMIER ASSOCIATES. it's basically a real estate company.. Since this is public all I can say is.. beware..
