They're pushing out all the small management companies in town, and giving all the properties they manage the "landlord" special. Not able to answer questions about requirements over the phone. 1 star would not recommend.

Clay Goodrich and Ty Goodrich are the real owners of this place. Their company does not complete repairs, most all of the properties have mold. It’s the worst management company and Jackson TN. DO NOT USE!!!!

Deposits for our properties are equal to one-month's rent, unless otherwise posted. We run deposit specials also. You can see that on our website at www.rentalsandrenovations.net. :)

First response: If you're asking when you can apply, our application office is open Monday-Thursday 8:00-2:00 and Friday 8:00-5:30. Second response: There is no set time on approval. It varies dependent on how long references and credit/background checks take to come back, etc.
If you rent from us, you can find the appropriate maintenance number on the middle of the second page of your lease (in Section 6). If you do not have your lease, feel free to take your ID by the office, and they will be happy to give you the maintenance number that applies to your address. Our office is open Monday-Thursday 8:00am-2:00pm and Friday 8:00am-5:30pm. Thanks!

That’s correct. Pets are allowed at most single family properties (dependent on breed, size, number, and whether they are inside or outside. Pets are not allowed at any multi-family units.
