UPDATE TO RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT: I emailed you a week ago (last Thursday) on your website and never heard from you and followed-up the following day (Friday) with a telephone call and had to leave a message and again I never received a call back. That message has my phone number which you may contact me at. Wish there were no stars. Horrible experience living at Mirela North since they took over. Sent email to corporate (10.20.22) and left a message (10.21.22) and still no response. Just filed a complaint with the BBB.

Do not live anywhere that is owned by dasmen residential. It is a complete scam they preach all of these changes coming and it never happens. If anything, it becomes worse. DO NOT live in any of their properties.

I applied for one of their properties about 6 weeks ago. Long story short they never even processed the application. I paid $250 and they told me they could only refund me $150 and it would take 30 days…42 days later still no refund and I cannot get in touch with anyone. This has been a nightmare to say the least. Very unprofessional. And they do not respond when you send them the complaint through email so please don’t even bother responding with that system generated email! YOU GUYS NEVER RESPOND!!! Just being fake for more business to con more ppl out of their money. Thanks for conning a single mother.
