Slum lord. Don’t rent from him! He needs to be shut down immediately!

6If I could give this company 0 or negative 5 stars I would. I will start by blaming myself for agreeing to start there by looking at the room through video. It looked really clean. But once you arrive to their property, especially 1708 Market Street....you will be saddened by the terrible conditions. There are roaches and mice all over the house. There's a blind tenant with mental disabilities who is highly disrespectful spits everywhere inside the house, yells from sun up to sun down and lives his towels wherever he deems fit in the bathroom. And guess what there's no cleaning services so either clean it yourself or hold your bowels. Secondly the other tenants have zero respect for others. One tenant had several women from off the street going in n out the house arguing, leaving blood, needles and crack pipes in the bathroom, and also holding the bathroom up for 3 hours at a time. The landlord never came to show his face, and when he did is for a late payment that he had to apologize for because he was wrong and not in communication with the people at San-pefs office. Once the tenant with the crackheads moved out there was a bed bug breakout which they jeot ignoring but told us we can come to the office for mouse traps. This company is rude, and money hungry. I suggest you do not rent from them unless your comfortable living in terrible conditions. It felt like luxury homelessness. When renting from them do look at the room, the bathroom the kitchen especially! (Which was roach infested) No stove and the microwave sparks when using. The house needs to be torn down by the city!

I rented from him for a year there was a rat in the place when I first moved in I had to call city codes on him and then my roof in the back room caved in and so did the one in my kitchen I called him to fix it they never came and I started to replace the ceiling on my own but then it kept falling because the issue was way bigger then that he took me to Court and said I never called I had pictures though and recorded messages that I left him the judge sided with me but I never paid I had already found another property anyway but he is a top notch slum lord wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I'm gonna give em a 5. The reason being is this, they have been in business for years upon years, Family owned by Italian's who honestly, could probably careless about anything or anyone in the inner cities because they believe deep down inside we don't care for ourselves or one another. Trust me, I've never rented from them, however I've seen several of their properties as I also rented under a slum Landlord for two years except, this one was black and from the inner cities for the most part, so he should have known better even more not to subject his own kind to such degrading and unfit habitats. If we would for once, get together and truly fight for our rights, rights to fair housing, go to City Hall by the dozens and be consistent and stop renting from them, oh trust, they'd change quick or sell their properties which probably aren't worth that much. If a fire or natural disaster would break out, it would probably take less than 15 minutes for a while block to go up. That's how badly and cheap their designed. By no means am I trying to ridicule them because as far as they are concerned, that's all we are worth . One really really awesome thing about them, is anyone can have a chance to rent from them. No credit checks needed. They are used to renting to ppl with certain lifestyles , little incomes and disabilities.(MINORITIES) They don't really have a reason to be concerned as I'm sure it may have not always been like that, but due to ppl destroying properties and not really having much respect for one another, much less San Pefs, bad properties. They will continue to live on easy street. 😥🙏😂🤤
