Renters BEWARE. Avoid renting from Slatehouse at ALL COSTS. Leonard Rier and Mike are the most evil people I've had the misfortune of meeting. Good luck trying to get anything repaired in your house EVER. They don't answer calls and are cowards and won't respond back. Chad is also a joke, he lets his houses go to tax auction and doesn't give any sort of warning to the tenants. Judge Lenker is also best friends with Slatehouse, so I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with dishonorable judge Lenker. Don't give these people your money, living in their slums and dealing with their unprofessional ways is worse than living under a bridge.
