Please consider sending your loved one to a different facility. I had to mark a 1 star, because there wasn't a minus one option. The facility will treat you like gold upon your arrival, and then quickly turn on you. Residents are left unattended in their room for hours on end. Med passes are almost always late, and med errors are very common here! They will bully a resident if they choose to eat their meals in their room. They never have enough bath aides, therefore many residents have to go without bathing for an entire week. The food they serve is often expired, and slop put on a plate. I had to remove my loved one from here because of total neglect. My loved one was not receiving proper care, and had to get medical treatment ASAP, due to their complete mistreatment. The administration is notorious for covering this all up, and wont take responsibility for the facilities many problems. Absolutely never again! Please seek another facility. All they care about is money, and putting their name out there to bring in more people, and continue their sick and brainwashing scam.

During Covid 19, The Greene Place worked hard to keep families and residents connected. It was very difficult for everyone. The staff have gone above and beyond to provide for the residents through quarantine and isolation. They have been able to keep the facility more open that others in the community while managing the pandemic. We are grateful for this commitment.

The Greene Place team has been great with my Grandmother. They are good with communicating with myself and my family - and always have helpful insight on the best ways for us to work with her as she has transitioned to the facility.

The facility is concerned about their money and not the care of your loved one. The administrator is incompetent, has not medical knowledge, and has no understanding of geriatric care. Communication is lacking to the doctors and family members outside of the facility.
