We have been living at Residences at the Falls for a couple of years and the experience has been great! It is a safe, calm neighborhood and the staff is very responsive. The complex is also very close to many supermarkets and restaurants!

Residence at the Falls is a wonderful place to live. I recently moved there with my children and love it. It has amazing security, the grounds are extremely clean, maintenance is very helpful and the staff is always addressing any concerns that may arise. It is pet and child friendly with amazing pools and a wonderful gym. It has a great location as well. I am very fortunate to have found this place and am extremely happy living here. I would recommend Residence at the Falls.

Hi Milene, unfortunately, one of the rules and regulations from the Association of Condominiums is that commercial vehicles are not allowed.

Not soecifically, although there are some older residents. When I lived there most where around 30s and 40s. Yes, small dogs and cats are allowed.
