Veterans travel payments 12months behind how can Veterans afford gas to get to there appointments this is a total disgrace

Employees have attitudes all the time, Treat veterans terribly. My partner tore his ACL 4 months ago and still have been unable to schedule a surgery. How can the VA even pretend to care about it’s patients? We just get the runaround all day long, false pretenses they’ll call us back and never do.

Nurse Loretta RN should be working at jiffy lube. When did Registerd nurses start lying. No professionalism at all.

For the most part everyone I have worked with is great. However, if you need to call the dental clinic as a new patient and have to speak to Ms. D. Cox, you BETTER know your tooth number or you will be talked to and treated like your incompetent... 👎

I'm not sure. Check with recreational therapy. Years ago, I remember them taking books/ magazines.I along with others would like that. Probably, if want, call and see. Great thought.
Hi, thanks for your question. The blood lab is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Have a nice day!

Hi, please give our Patient Experience Center a call at 804-675-5545. These folks are very knowledgeable and may be able to assist.
Start by talking to the Customer Experience representative in the Canteen area next to the Starbucks coffee counter.
You can contact the VA Benefits office at the Medical Center and they can assist you.
I found that if things are not being done correctly contact the patent advocate office.
Oral ivermectin may be prescribed for indicated parasitic infections, but not for SARS-CoV-2 infection. The NIH recommends against the use of ivermectin for the treatment of COVID-19, except in clinical trials (Sept 2022).
Hi, Mary. The best way to learn/apply about VA health care and benefits is by visiting the following websites: https://www.va.gov/health-care/how-to-apply/ & https://www.benefits.va.gov/BENEFITS/Applying.asp.
Yes, you can send valentines to "CDCE (135), 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, VA, 23249"
Yes. Through the drive thru clinic in the paying garage.
I haven't heard of the abbreviations exact. But I'm assuming it has everything to do with patient covid testing. I think they are starting to book slots for the booster shot.
I'm not 100% sure, but I would suggest that you contact either the volunteer services department, the public affairs office, or if all else fails, contact the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) at the VA hospital. If any of these aren't able to help you directly, they should be able to point you to a department/person who can. Hopefully this helps you out.
I don't know. Try Google for a phone directory
I'm not sure. I know they accepted dinners from a local organization. Best to call.
They have had different set up with different items for sale. Since the pandemic they've changed. So not sure when they will bring them back.
Hi, if you're already enrolled in VA healthcare at the McGuire VA Medical Center, contact your primary care provider to get details about inpatient care. Feel free to contact the patient advocate office at 804-675-5545, if you're not enrolled. They can assist you with information on how to register. Additionally, you can visit https://www.va.gov/health-care/apply/application/introduction to apply/register
Hi, to register for VA health care benefits, please visit https://www.va.gov/health-care/how-to-apply/.
Good day, Lynne. Since the pandemic began our Fisher House properties have been closed. I'd suggest speaking with the social worker who works closely with the Veteran to see what, if any, options are available.
Hi, Sir. I'd suggest contacting the pharmacy department or patient advocates here at the hospital. Patient Advocate can be reached at 804-675-5545.
Thankfully they are now only allowing patients to park in the parking garage. Employees can’t, or at least aren’t supposed to park there anymore. I’ve complained about employees parking there since they opened the garage long ago. So grateful they finally listened!
Very thankful for the VA hospital my husband is well taking care by the VA I am so grateful that they care about their zveterans.

The facility is named in honor of Hunter Holmes McGuire, M.D. (1835–1900), a famous Virginian notable for being the young personal physician to Confederate Major General Stonewall Jackson during the American Civil War (1861–1865).
Hi, the best way to figure out if the McGuire VA Medical Center has any records is to reach out to our Patient Experience Center and inquire. They can be reached at 804-675-5545. There are certain rules and regulations regarding an individuals medical records.

That depends on how far you live from the va hospital & you need to call them to find out.
The va,military hospital, or any state hospital, such as MCV.other hospitals may be requested for approval prior to need due to extenuating circumstances...
If He's Not answering His room He could be getting test done elsewhere & Not able to answer !!! The main operator should be able to connect you to His room if He Has been moved to a New room !!! 😃
