I found that if things are not being done correctly contact the patent advocate office.
They caint HEAR the phone ringing.
It's ok. I just was on hold for 50 minutes trying to get a hold of the sleep lap (first in line it kept saying). I hung up and called the main operator and it's currently been ringing for 10 minutes... For the OPERATOR, to direct my call
