You'll occasionally find something interesting, but usually it's just the same old junky console peripherals and overpriced PCs taking up space instead

Very nice computers. Would recommend to anyone needing a laptop or desktop for school. Good prices all computers checked and restored.

No they maintain inventory on donations only
Hi Stephanie, You do not need to make an appointment to drop off electronics and you can donate other household items too. Thank you for donating! We ask that all donations are dropped off during open hours. At this location, that is 11am - 7pm, Monday to Sunday for donations (this site is closed on Sunday for retail shopping, but is still able to accept donations). Thank you for asking!
Cathode Ray Tube televisions are expensive to recycle and virtually impossible to sell in our retail stores. Accepting these as donations would be expensive to process and dispose of them properly, thus would have a negative impact on funding for mission services.
Goodwill has a partnership with Dell Inc. for its nationwide Reconnect program. Dell takes donated electronics that cannot be refurbished and safely breaks down the devices, protecting the environment from potentially harmful metals and chemicals.
Yes! Every donated device goes through five-day refurbishment process before making it to the sales floor. Our level of commitment to security sets us apart from other refurbishment retailers. Our E-Recycle stores use a U.S. Department of Defense-grade program on all donated devices to clean hard drives and erase personal and sensitive information. Shoppers also enjoy a one-time courtesy virus wipe. If any device purchased from Goodwill gets a virus, Goodwill will wipe it and reinstall the operating system software at no cost.
Our e-recycle stores in Richmond and Hampton carry a variety of used electronic devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets, iPads, LCD flat-screen televisions, smartphones, gaming consoles and video games.
HI Martha, Thanks for asking. Our selection in-store changes every day, however we do often have refurbished apple products and other tablets available! We encourage you to come visit us and see what used electronics we have that may meet your needs.
Hi Scott, thank you for supporting Goodwill! Yes, we do accept printers as donations.
Thank you for asking Steve. Yes, we do accept flat screen televisions.
Hi Tom, Thank you for asking. No, we do not accept CRT televisions. Cathode Ray Tube televisions are expensive to recycle and virtually impossible to sell in our retail stores. Accepting these as donations would be expensive to process and dispose of them properly, thus would have a negative impact on funding for mission services.
