I have been shopping at Diversity Thrift for well over 20 years. The store has always been my number 1 go to thrift. With the management changes including the board, the store no longer has the same vibe. Prices are higher, store disorganized and the last 2 Fridays I visited, the cashier had asmuch personality as a slug. I guess all good things come to an end. Even during the pandemic they had more inventory. There is more furniture but all else is sparse.

Mattresses, no. Other furniture, yes, if they are in good condition (no stains, tears, etc.).
Stop by during business hours and ring the bell at donation drop off. Some people are known to hang around to take the donations left outside and resell themselves, hence why they ask you ring the bell.
Yes they do. I've seen them there. I can't promise you that they will have them now but they often have a couple in stock.
Hello I have bags of clothes I live near white oak mall do you pick up at this location?
Yes contact the store for more details.
Yes it is technically Northside. It's on Sherwood Ave by the VMFA and the Diamond.
They deliver furniture for a 45 dollar fee. They pick up donated furniture for free.
What you buy they deliver to the parking lot so you can put it in your truck
yes if you call diversity ..... they will make an appointment with you to come and pick up !
They are there on Monday's, just not open so you can drop off stuff then, too. But ideally, Tuesday through Sunday.
They don't sale mattresses or boxsprings
Sometimes. The is is a used place in Richmond. Maybe Google it
Yes, call them or send an email.
Yes. They will pick up furniture - generally the limit is within 30 minutes of Richmond.
They are open for drop offs and pick ups, just not for shopping. Mondays are their day to clean, restock and rearrange
I'm not sure. They have always been very helpful. Try calling and ask them.
