Southpointe is awesome. It has been my home for 7 years. Beautiful resort style living in South Tampa at an affordable price. The grounds are great and the pool area is awesome. The property manager Debbie is great and the staff is on point. Anything I have ever needed has been done within 24 hours. If you want to live in South Tampa near everything, look no further.
