My partner and I are going our second year living here. I would say it’s great for the price and location (especially with everything being crazy expensive in tampa right now). The staff is also super nice and there is a good community here who look out for eachother. The only thing is parking is difficult at night/sundays by our apt but there is always spots in the back of the complex it’s just quite a walk from our place.

Saw an opening online and called to book a tour and was answered by their employee Tisha and had an absolutely wonderful experience from planning the tour, the tour itself, and now filling out the application due to how wonderful my experience was with Tisha. She was wonderful with explaining everything, showing me the complex, and had just a wonderful connection with the community (both people, pets, and place). I am hoping I’m able to live here because I know I’ll be well taken care of and it’s just a wonderful location in general and great for my dog!

I have stayed at this complex for 2 years now and I cannot think of a better place to live. The complex is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the staff is sensational. If anyone is looking for a great place to live in South Tampa this is the spot. Especially ask for Dayma, she is amazing in every which way!!
