DISGUSTING. Nothing gets fixed timely. Outside hallway gets nearly pitch black and the light bulbs are not replaced. This is a safety issue especially since there are people living in tents just outside the unsecured fences all around the property. Fridge leaks, still has not been fixed. Constant plumbing issues. Overflowing toilet in one bathroom, the other bathroom toilet doesn't fill with water. Water pressure is terrible. Lights flicker. Nothing is right here!! This place is unreasonably negligent. Management should be ashamed. Other neighbors have similar issues with repairs. I'm seeing what can be done as far as filing a complaint with the city.

Leasing consultant very rude. She needs a different job. “How would I know what I have available in March?” Okay if tenants give you notice two months before the lease is up then just say that. Don’t treat potential tenants like they have no common sense knowledge. Thank you and be blessed.

If could give negative stars I would! This place has left me and my family homes less for over two weeks now while they complete the “application process” (or so they say). We decided to withdraw our application at this point and instead of giving us our personal info back, Jeanette called the police on us!!!! When they came, they simply got our paperwork back like we should have gotten in the first place. We did everything they asked for and ended up in the worst situation thanks to Mobley Apartments for the worst experience of my life. 0 stars.
