Nice hotel honestly. Rooms were super clean and the bed was comfy. We bought alcohol beforehand so we needed a mini fridge. We asked the woman at the front desk and she actually moved us into a better room— with a mini fridge! Cable was ok.. no guide button on remote and the up button to go through the channels was broken. Pool was shut down by the city which was very disappointing and the elevator was super sketchy. Over all we had a good stay here!

There was nothing ‘special’ about the rooms. Very basic. Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Biggest downside for me was there are no fridges in the room. I got the impression they just don’t have them there. The hot tub was broken and the indoor pool was freezing. We were very bummed about that. We chose this hotel specifically for this. Breakfast was a variety of different fresh things. It was not a terrible stay, just nothing out of the ball park. The staff was absolutely amazing though. This was the highlight of our stay here.

This Hotel is falling apart. Front desk was quick and friendly. Walking from the elevators to the main lobby the floor is sticky and dirty. The room had broken tile, that was laid up against the wall. The sheets are were either stained or dirty- (we slept on top of the sheets)Bathroom is a total disaster, the toliet isn't attached to the floor, shower was coming out of the wall. The bathroom needs to be cleaned better overall. *If we were staying longer than two nights I would have moved hotels*

Positive: Very nice people all around the hotel. Eventhough we were moved on the first day to another hotel due to some unexpected issues, we were treated awesome. Very clean, organized and polite. Negative: I did not like that they didn't have pancakes, or waffles for breakfast.
