Disgusting. The front desk attendant is essentially the face of the hotel stay, as this is the person we deal with first and go to for everything. We had a 6 hour drive to here- might I add that we just experienced a cat 4 hurricane leaving our home uninhabitable until further notice. She was horribly rude, had no respect whatsoever, and had sarcastic comments the entire check in process. She needs to go. Then, as we’re walking through this horribly outdated hotel, we get to our room that is not clean. Rocks and dirt everywhere. We called the front desk who never had any intentions on helping us. SHOCKER. So now, as I’m writing this, I am deathly afraid I will leave here with bed bugs. With the rise in unemployment this sad country is facing, I strongly suggest you get to hiring some new cleaning staff and guest service attendants. Also, you shouldn’t allow your guests to smoke their pot so heavily that the smell probably got my 4 year old high. I will never stay here again. This is Shameful.

3/5 Star because the building/room is outdated, and there wasn’t a complementary breakfast(but they do have a granola bar & water bottle to hand you when you depart). The room was spacious/clean(no weird smells), the price was just right, and the staff was extremely friendly/welcoming(especially at 1130 at night). We would come back.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Pool hours could be better and there was no breakfast option even though their website and the booking website said there would be. I also haven't gotten my $50 deposit back and can't get in touch with anyone to figure out why.

This hotel was not at all as advertised. The front lobby was dark and dingy with old furniture. The hallway to our room was eerie and dirty complete with stained carpets and ceiling tiles. The carpet in our room was wet, the furniture was decrepit, and the door didn’t shut properly. It was terrible and we ultimately didn’t feel clean/safe enough to stay so we left. To top things off, upon checking out we were told we had to pursue a refund through Hotels.com because we had booked the room through them. Hotels.com has told us the charge came directly from the hotel and now we’re struggling to get our $142 back. The credit card charge shows it came direct from Ramada so we’re still fighting that. Still cannot believe they were trying to charge us $142 for that awful place. I absolutely would NOT recommend.
