Very well priced apartments and highquality that doesn't break the bank that is also energy efficient. Most of the time my electric bill kinda low especially if your single person or if just you and someone else but regardless my electric been affordable because of how apartment is designed and also I been unplugging stuff from my outlets before going to work and you be surprised but saves a ton of money. On top that there is all kinds of shops and restaurants nearby like 2 gas stations and AutoZone and Target and also quite a few restaurants to offer. Also maintenance fixes stuff pretty quick I put in maintenance request they get that problem fixed in a day or two.

Ha! Don't let the other recent reviews fool you. This place is still "a joke" like one reviewer said about a year ago. I've been here for 5 years too, so I would know. Oh, and corporate is useless.

Terrible experience, my original apartment I applied for was given away they pushed back my move in date, they broke the lease I signed for, everyone in the office has horrible attitudes. The apt they ended up giving me had no hot water. *drops the mic* Do not move here Update: My a/c unit has leaked into my carpet causing a flood. After about 7 attempts to repair it has stopped leaking but now water is leaking from under the carpet into the main hallway from a backed up water heater. Called emergency maintenance and told me there was nothing he could do about it. I guess I'll be needing to buy a scuba diving suit soon
