Called emergency maintenance for over 3 hours on no power afterward calling AES and them informing me that maintenance needs to come out.. It’s sad!! If I could give zero stars I would 👎🏽

Can’t do anything correctly. Snow predicted a week ago and yet they don’t have any plows in the complex. Everyone’s cars are getting stuck, no one show else’s or put salt of side walks. Pay 810 and ends up being 950 after utilities to them yet that money goes no where to make our living better.
